the Booking Process Work?
Inquire
After receiving your inquiry we always prefer to schedule a quick phone call with new clients. That way we can go over all of your questions and how we operate. If you’d prefer to receive the info over email, we’re happy to do that as well.
Contract
If you’d like to take the next step in the booking process, we will send over our electronic contract for you to go over.
Deposit
After we’ve received your signed contract we require a $500 deposit to officially hold your date. You’re welcome to pay this via credit card (3% fee) or via Venmo.
All set!
The next step after booking will be to fill out your menu Questionnaire. Depending on when you book, it’ll either be sent right away or we will wait until the year of to send you an updated form.
*The remainder of your payment will be due 3 months prior to your event*
